Bring equipment and building systems into the discussion
Equipment information and engineering requirements can influence room sizes and layout. We coordinate architectural, structural and MEP planning through ALH Design Group, with other project specialists as the scope requires. Facility-specific requirements and any additional agency or consultant reviews are identified for the proposed use.
Coordinate the path from concept to documents
The architectural direction develops into drawings and details alongside the relevant technical work. BDP Expediters Group supports DOB filing coordination, and Técnico Special Inspections Agency provides special inspections when engaged. The required approvals and consultant responsibilities depend on the facility and agreed scope.
