Before a design takes shape, establish what the property can support. Zoning studies examine the relationship between the intended use, floor area, building height, setbacks, and the site’s constraints.
We connect that early review with architectural planning: how the building may be arranged, how spaces relate to one another, and which questions need to be resolved before a concept moves forward. The aim is to make design decisions with a clearer understanding of the property.
A useful starting point: a current survey, available drawings, the property address or block and lot, and an outline of what you want to build.
Design

Interior design and exterior design are parts of the same architectural conversation. Room layouts, movement between spaces, daylight, and material choices influence how a building feels from within.
